We believe in providing outstanding care and service even when no one looks over our shoulders. We do not believe in cutting corners and compromising our work ethic for the sake of a quick buck. Honorable work brings forth excellent work.

We believe in conducting ourselves and treating everyone, especially our residents, justly—with all the honesty and fairness they deserve. Some enterprises caring for the elderly only seek to prey on them. So, in our own small way, we do our utmost to fight against this trend, act as our residents’ advocates, and uphold the rights of the senior citizens under our care.

We believe true service comes from the heart of genuine compassion and love for others. Therefore, the care we extend to our residents stems from an authentic concern for their well-being.

Moreover, because we believe in providing the most reliable and meaningful support we can possibly find for our residents, we try to intuit the specific needs of our members: personalized and intentional. If we cannot meet these needs readily at hand, we go the extra mile and look to point them in the right direction. We extend this support to their families and the people who provide and manage their welfare.

We believe there is not enough respect accompanying Elder Care in this industry. After all, how can one give any level of genuine care to someone suffering from dementia or Alzheimers or Parkinsons’ disease if they do not have any respect for that human being? At this facility, we make sure to practice and reinforce this value.

We believe a positive attitude creates an atmosphere of a positive home. Positivity begets life, joy, and peace. At the Oak Leaf Manor, we do our best to provide this outlook, work ethic, and worldview.

As a faith-based establishment, we live by the tenet of Matthew 19:26 “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” We know it is not in ourselves to love and care for others, but it is through God. So it is God who helps and strengthens us in this mission to care for the elderly. This faith guides how we run this business and care for our residents and employees.
